Orders & Payments

How do I place my order?
Your orders can be placed quickly and easily via our website. Just add the products you want to your cart and go to the checkout. After giving us the necessary information we need for your order, you can place your order and look forward to your much-anticipated new design pieces.

How can I pay for my Maammo order?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal to make it as secure and convenient for you as possible.

How is my payment processed?
All communication is done via a fully secure connection.

When will my credit card be charged?
The amount of your order will be deducted from your account when the purchased item(s) leaves our store.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship from our Copenhagen base. See more here.

    All orders will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday. You can find a tracking number for your package in your shipping confirmation email.

    Returns

    What is Maammo's return policy?
    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Maammo. Once you have received your delivery, please inspect it for quality. We will return, refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused Maammo purchase within 14 days.

    What do I need to do if I want to return a product?
    Just send an email to hello@maammo.com with a short explanation about why you wish to return it, and we will make the process as easy as possible for you. 

    Kindly return the package in the same condition you received it in, and please reuse the box you in which you received your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.

    In case of return or exchange of goods, you hold the shipping costs and in case of an exchange, we will pay the costs for shipping the new parcel to you. When returning the package, please enclose your receipt.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returned goods are checked and if the above conditions are fulfilled, the amount is deposited back to the credit card that was used to purchase the items.

    Sales items
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Gift cards
    Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

    What can I do if a product arrived damaged? 
    We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If something is wrong, get in touch with us.
